and training time and allows ISG to offer a 20
day free trial* on any of our SPAM blocking
appliances.
With
the use of our configuration service ISG will guarantee
that a minimum of 90% of all incoming SPAM will be
blocked within the first 20 days or you will receive
a full refund, to include any shipping costs!
In
order to maximize the capabilities and minimize the
impact on an existing network ISG is now offering this
new service which guarantees the proper configuration
of the SPAM appliance models within an existing corporate
infrastructure.
It
is highly recommended that you take advantage of this
service as a properly configured appliance is extremely
effective whereas an improperly configured appliance
can interfere dramatically with an existing email system.

The
client will be required to complete a short credit
application prior to delivery. The $395 configuration
fee and associated shipping costs are due immediately
prior to ISG shipping and/or delivery of the unit.
The configuration service is typically done onsite
and organizations outside the Kansas City area will
be subject to trip charges if ISG must travel. Most
times the configuration can be done remotely and trip
charges will not apply. The client will have administrative
access to the unit once the configuration is complete.
Within the first 20 days if the configuration is changed
by the client all guarantees will be voided and refunds
will not be given. After the completion of the 20 day
period the full cost associated with the unit will
come due.
ISG
will provide clear evidence of the percentage of SPAM
blocked by the unit in the first 20 days. If
the client chooses to return the unit for any reason
ISG must be notified within the 20 day period. Only
in the case that the unit does not block at least 90%
of incoming spam will a full refund be given. The client
may chose to return the unit within the first 20 days
for reasons other than our 90% guarantee, however no
refunds will be given. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
AFTER 20 DAYS.
